Terms of service.

MTHRKIND LLC Wholesale Contract

By placing an order for wholesale products, you are automatically agreeing to the terms in this contract. If you do not adhere to our wholesale policy your account may be put on hold or canceled at anytime with or without notice.

Product Sales:

Wholesale Partner agrees to sell MTHRKIND LLC products in their physical shop or their own online shop.

  • Wholesale Partner agrees NOT to sell MTHRKIND LLC products on Amazon or any auction/discount stores or sites.

  • No MTHRKIND LLC products can be sold for less than retail prices quoted on the MTHRKIND LLC website.

  • No MTHRKIND LLC products can be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. 

  • No MTRHKIND LLC products can be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise.

Minimum Orders:

Minimum order quantity is 10 per product.

Payment Terms:

All orders must be pre-paid. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged at the time your order is placed.  Local orders in Richmond, VA may be delivered to you, please contact us about this option.

 Orders of $450+ will receive free shipping.

Shipping:

Packing time is 2-4 business days, shipping time 1-7 days, expect 10 business days maximum for delivery. Orders are shipped via most affordable carrier. Orders will be shipped from Richmond, VA.

For large orders, you should expect extended packing or shipping time. Due to the fact that we produce small batches of our products, some quantities must be pre-ordered.  Please contact us about large orders. 

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as paying any new shipping costs for re-sending your order.  You understand you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by MTHRKIND LLC.

Shipping Damage Claims:

INSURANCE: We do not automatically insure packages. If products arrive damaged, please file a claim with the carrier.

INSURANCE CLAIMS: You will need to keep ALL original packaging, box, packing materials, and damaged products until a claim is complete. Photograph the inside, outside, top/bottom, interior of the box thoroughly including all angles, photograph all damaged product inside the box exactly as you found it when opened. Then remove the the broken items and photograph them separately. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY, USPS requires the entire package to be returned in many cases. 

Returns:

  • Due to the personal and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

Branding and Ownership:

All items purchased from MTHRKIND LLC are under the protection and trademark of MTRHKIND LLC and must display the MTRHKIND Name.  Under no circumstances may you sell MTRHKIND LLC products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

Placing a Wholesale Order with MTHRKIND, LLC indicates that you have read, understand, and accept the conditions outlined in this Wholesale Contract.
